Happy Leap Year Day! The desks are a little different, but please sit in the area you normally would sit in and begin to independent read!

Friday Friday Friday!!! Yay! We made it through another week! Please find a seat where you will not be distracted, and begin to independent read. We will start debates shortly!

What goes up when rain comes down?

Today we will:	participate in a debate based on our debate topic.
So we can:	Argue for our side using argumentative elements.
We will know we have it when:	We have contributed to our group's argument and fulfilled our role in the debate
Homework:	Read for 30 minutes
Reminders:	Check IC and Google Classroom for any missing assignments! Work on the assignments and then fill out a “request to regrade” on Monday!

Happy Tuesday! Please sit with your debate groups, and settle in by independent reading. There will be no library or exercise ball today. After independent reading, you are to practice with your group for your debate using your graphic organizer. If you have not finished your graphic organizer it is homework. Then, I would like you to work on the C.R.R.A.A.P test for your Genius Hour project! Choose one of your sources, and see if it is passes the test!

Today we will:	complete a C.R.R.A.A.P test for Genius Hour
So we can:	find out if one of our sources is credible.
We will know we have it when:	we have credible sources for Genius Hour that will help us answer our inquiry questions.
Homework:	Read for 30 minutes Finish Graphic Organizer if it is not already complete. Practice for a Debate! (Hint: ask a family member to listen to you practice!)
